Joe Critchfield had a vision and shared it with his family. He had imagined building an HVAC company that provided the best ways to solve customer comfort problems and improving their businesses through engineered solutions. With that vision, Critchfield Mechanical, Inc. (CMI) was born in 1977. Joe created a design-build company because it fit the type of work he loves. Today, Joe continues to share his passion with his family and over 400 employees.
