CMI is well equipped to provide the highest level of services from conception to completion. Nowhere is this more apparent than in the open-air office at the headquarters, where engineers and CAD designers work side by side while next door, in the sheet metal shop, the shop crew fabricates custom duct work, plenums, variable air volume boxes and specialized fittings. Complete with its own shipping and receiving warehouse, which allows thousands of parts to be stored, CMI is a one-stop shop for the full gamut of HVAC needs.

CMI currently has 32 graduate engineers, 17 whom are registered professional engineers. Some of the shop, sheet metal, and piping crews, as well as the air & balance technicians have been with CMI since its beginning. CMI's clients can breathe easy knowing they are working with the best in the industry.
